When reporting a problem
Include the draft mode, league format, approximate screen width or device, and the steps that produced the issue. Do not include passwords, private authentication tokens or sensitive personal information.
Data-source issues
For an incorrect player, ranking or projection, identify the selected data source and format. Third-party data can differ between sources and update at different times.
Live-draft issues
For Sleeper synchronization problems, note whether you used a league URL, draft URL, league ID or draft ID, but avoid publishing private information unnecessarily.
