Draft from positional cliffs instead of rigid player ranks

Tier-based drafting groups players whose projected outcomes are close enough to be treated as alternatives. The important decision is often whether the current tier will survive, not whether one player is ranked two places higher.

Scoring-aware generated tiers

Automatically generated tiers prioritize player projections rescored for the selected league settings. Four-point and six-point passing-touchdown formats, for example, receive different tier configurations.

Editable before the draft

On the setup screen you can reorder players, move players between tiers, split or merge tiers, reset changes, and download or upload a versioned tier file. Edited tiers are not silently overwritten.

Tier survival probability

Picktator estimates the chance that at least one player from a tier remains at your next relevant selection. The calculation is conditioned on passing the tier now and uses scenario-level simulation outcomes.

Tier drop

The visible tier-drop metric compares the median projection of the current tier with the median projection of the next tier. A larger drop indicates a more meaningful positional cliff.
